INGREDIENTS
- 4 units of chopped bacon strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound of short pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 tablespoons of Natura's® Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup of broth made with Knorr Creole Beef Rib Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated yellow cheese
- 2 tablespoons of grated quesillo cheese
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
Pasta con quesos y tocino (Bacon and Cheese Pasta)
Delicious pasta with various cheeses, bacon, and tomato sauce.
PREPARATION
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it begins to shed its fat, add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to brown.
- For the sauce, mix the Natura's® Tomato Paste together with the Knorr® Creole Beef Rib Seasoning broth, add to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the pan, mix, serve, and add cheese and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
