INGREDIENTS
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Natura's® Jalapeño Sauce
- 2 tablespoons culantro, chopped
- 2 slices of turkey ham, finely chopped
- 2 strips of bacon, browned and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Torta de Huevo Roja (Red Egg Omelette)
Beautifully egg omelette with red color and flavor
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, place the eggs, Natura's® Jalapeño Sofrito, and culantro, then beat the eggs until a consistent color is achieved.
- Place 1/4 of the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add 1/4 of the egg mixture along with 1/4 of the ham and bacon, cook until very little raw egg remains on the surface, flip and cook for a few seconds further. Repeat. Serve right away.
- Serve and enjoy!
