INGREDIENTS
- 1 pork leg
- 1 cup of Natura's® Ranchera Tomato Sauce 106 gr
- 5 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup of oil
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 cup of guacamole

Mexican carnitas in air fryer
PREPARATION
- Mix the orange juice in a bowl, with the Natura's ® Ranchera sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the meat in the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then take to the air fryer for 25 minutes.
- Remove and serve with tortillas and guacamole.
- Serve and enjoy!
