INGREDIENTS
- 900 grams of precooked potatoes, cut into quarters
- 172 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons of Natura's® Jalapeño Sauce
- 1 unit of mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup of water

Sautéed potatoes with a rich spicy tomato and avocado sauce
PREPARATION
- Heat the oil over high heat and sauté the potatoes for 1 minute.
- Blend the Natura's® Jalapeño Sauce, avocado, chili, and water for two minutes.
- Add the sauce to the pan with the potatoes and cook for two more minutes.
- Serve right away.
