INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound thick cut beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 cup of Natura's® Sofrito Criollo
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

A Creole grill with meat and vegetables
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, marinate the meat with olive oil, salt, minced garlic, dried thyme, parsley and pepper.
- Put to cook in a hot pan or grill.
- Separately, prepare the salsa by mixing in a bowl the Natura's® sauce, cilantro, onion, and the juice of a lemon.
- Serve and enjoy!
