INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups mashed plantains or bananas
- 1 cup Natura's® Refried Black Beans 400 gr
- 1 cup whipping chocolate
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Empanadas de plátano y frijol (Plantain and Bean Empanadas)
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, heat oil and add the 400-gram Natura's® black beans, the whipping chocolate and the ground cinnamon. Cool.
- Form banana puree pancakes, then fill with the previously prepared sweet beans
- Heat a frying pan with enough oil and fry.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Serve ane enjoy!
